The products available on the website, and any samples that we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, or samples, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order that we believe in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
We must limit order to five (5) of any single item. Orders exceeding this limit are subject to cancellation.
Payment and Prices
The prices are shown in USD/EUR/GDP (depending on your country of delivery), and are quoted taxes included. The prices may be modified at any time, and without notice by ART MEETS ART. However, Art meets Art applies the price list in force shown on its Internet site at the time of ordering.
Payment is due upon ordering. No order can be dispatched without confirmation from our bank that your payment has been received. Online payment is accepted exclusively by credit card. ART MEETS ART accepts the following payment methods:

US and Canada: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
UK and Other Countries: Visa, and Mastercard
ART MEETS ART also accepts payment with PayPal, regardless of your country.
If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping on artmeetsart.com, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we can’t reach you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
An invoice showing a breakdown of your purchases will be included with your order. Orders are payable in USD (North America), GBP (Great Britain) and EUR (Europe and Asia). No exception will be made.

We guarantee you a safe experience on our website. ART MEETS ART uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption in order to protect your personal data and data relating to your means of payment.
Orders
ART MEETS ART reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Any order placed during a bank holiday will be dispatched later. ART MEETS ART undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks. In case items are temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail to inform you. You will then have the option of modifying or cancelling your order. In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we undertake to give you a full refund as quickly as possible. In confirming your order, you are accepting all of our general conditions of sale.

Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery. ART MEETS ART cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
Europe: 1 to 6 working days.
Rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days.
Shipping Fees
Standard delivery is free within Europe for orders of 70€ and above.
For other Zones, shipping is billed as per our carriers prices and ART MEETS ART takes in charge the premium for shipping fragrances by Air.
Customs and import taxes
Customs and import taxes are at the charge of the customer.
Returns
During 15 days following the delivery of your order, you may return your product and request a refund or opt for a store voucher. Products must be unopened (cellophane wrapping still on) and in a resalable condition.
We accept returns free of charge in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Only unopened 50ML fragrances (with cellophane wrapping still on) can be returned.
Fragrances with a customized cap engraving can't be returned.
Discovery Playlists (Made to Measure Playlist & Discovery Playlist - Full Set) can't be returned.

Risk and Warranty
The transfer of risks attached to the items sold by ART MEETS ART shall take place upon handing-over to the carrier. If the items sent do not conform to your order, or should they be defective, they will be replaced and in this case, the return costs are payable by ART MEETS ART.
Limitation of Liability
ART MEETS ART shall in no circumstances incur liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special damage arising from the use of the ART MEETS ART website. The products offered for sale are compliant with applicable French, European and US legislation. ART MEETS ART shall incur no liability in the event of a breach of the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. You must personally contact the authorities locally to ascertain whether and on what conditions the products you intend to order can be imported or used. ART MEETS ART shall incur no liability under these Terms where failure to fulfil its obligations is attributable to a third party, to the customer or is due to an occurrence of force majeure as defined by the French courts of law.
Governing Laws
These terms and conditions are governed by French law and you agree that the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in France and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
